Acoustic Steam Leak Indicator (ASLI)

The Acoustic Steam Leak Indicator serves as a specialized alert system tailored for real-time monitoring of boiler tubes and early detection of leaks. It can identify leaks as tiny as 5mm in length, before makeup water alarms, and pinpointing the precise location or area of the leak. This system eliminates the need for boiler operators or engineers to rely on alternative methods such as monitoring makeup water usage or temperature fluctuations to detect tube leakage.
