HMA Wear Solutions specialise in design, lining and manufacture of ceramic lined equipment and wear-resistant equipment. HMA Wear Solutions are the largest manufacturer of ceramic lined piping and equipment in Australia. The first ceramic pipe was supplied by Greenbank Terotech in 1978 giving us decades of experience in the supply of ceramic lined pipe and wear-resistant equipment. We are leaders in innovation, quality of design and manufacturing.

This experience has enabled us to overcome typical design and manufacturing constraints associated with ceramic lined pipe and wear-resistant equipment. We can provide the most cost-effective solution and ensure a guaranteed fit of all our piping and equipment. The industry has generally accepted “Greenbank’s Standard” as a superior product.

The manufacture of ceramic lined pipe and wear-resistant equipment is not a simple process, with several crucial techniques that must not be compromised to ensure correct and consistent high-quality products are produced. HMA Wear Solutions has developed unique in-house manufacturing and quality control systems to ensure this is achieved.

The most common ceramic linings applied include Basalt, WearTech, Alumina and Sitech. In conjunction with our international associates, we have access to all ceramic linings commercially available.
