Many older loading systems have no way of controlling the quantity of material entering a wagon. Rail operators can require that a method is installed that allows for the efficient removal of any material from an overloaded wagon.

HMA Materials Handling has designs that can be installed to existing loading structure such as our bucket style systems or as a standalone structure over the rail line. Controls are put in place to ensure the equipment cannot impact on the rolling stock. The equipment can be combined with our track-mounted weighbridge and veneering system to provide a complete load preparation station.
