HMA Ceramic Lined Butterfly Valves are the product of a synergy that combines the industry experience and technical knowledge of both the Flow & Industrial and Wear Solutions divisions. Our range provides the functionality and footprint of a standard butterfly valve but with the superior life expectancy of ceramic lined pipework while ensuring the solution remained cost effective for our clients. HMA Ceramic Lined Butterfly Valves are suitable for modulating a large range of severe service abrasive slurries – they are not suitable for isolation. With a range of ceramic linings available that includes Basalt, Alumina and SiTech, the valves are complete with a true full-port, which matches the valve ID with adjacent lined pipework to avoid disjointed alignment, further increase service life and reduce maintenance.
