Double Flanged
Our Valveco series 715 Double Flanged Butterfly Valves are designed and approved to meet the requirements of AS4795, AS4020 Australian Water Mark and ISO5752. Our valves are built to meet the rigorous demands expected in mining, Water, Wastewater and general industry sectors.
These concentric valves are available in a large range of sizes from 50mm to 1200mm, and in a wide range of drilling patterns including AS2129, AS4087, and ANSI. We keep significant stock up to DN600 in a number of different flange drilling patterns.
Our valves are rated to 16 bar and ductile iron bodied, with fusion bonded epoxy coating for first class surface protection. The valves have a phenolic resin backed seat, which is non-collapsible, stretch-resistant, blowout-proof, and suitable for vacuum. Standard seat materials include EPDM (WRAS approved), and NBR. Other options are available including PTFE.
An actuator mounting flange conforms to ISO5211, and accommodates all types of operators, lever, gear, electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
