Description
Heat Flux Sensor
Furnace sootblowing optimization is based on direct measurement in the furnace region to provide real-time information on spatial variations of heat transfer and surface cleanliness. Traditional cleanliness calculations cannot provide information on spatial variations, which is key in optimizing the cleaning process.
Due to our sensor production facility maintaining high standards of manufacturing, our Heat Flux Sensors come complete with an ASME S-Stamp. These components, when manufactured with certified and traceable tubing material, satisfy all requirements of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Supplied with each certified tube is a P-4 Manufacturers Partial Data Report.
Diamond Powers Heat Flux Sensors are by far the most robust of their kind and due to their patented design our sensors incorporate a true 100% redundancy that is unmatched.
