Carman’s gyrated Bin Discharger uses one heavy-duty vibratory motor which imparts an elliptical stroke pattern in a horizontal plane. The motor normally operates at 1500 cpm, with up to 1.5 mm stroke. This motion produces a shear plane between the bin bottom and the bin discharger. When combined with Carman’s 30/60 cone design, all but the most difficult materials will be induced to flow.
