Valveco Pneumatic Rotatory Valve Actuation from HMA Flow & Industrial features an extruded aluminium alloy body that is hard anodised with both internal and external corrosion protection for longer life and lower coefficient of friction. The diecast aluminium dual piston rack has a compact designed for a symmetric mounting position, a long lifecycle, and fast operation. Reverse rotation can be accomplished in the field by simply inverting the pistons.

An electroless nickel-plated pinion shaft allows for high efficiency through involute gearing with optimised bearing and blowout proof, with some internal safety rings. Dual independent external Travel Stops allows an easy and precise adjustment up to full ± 5° in both directions in the open and close positions. The top side Pinion Shaft is limited in its rotation by adjusting the Travel Stop, and is designed to absorb the maximum rated torque of the actuator and the maximum impact loads.
