In terms of Electronic Liquid Level Gauges for Level Measurement, HMA Instrumentation offers:

SpotCheck 1000 Ultrasonic Level Transmitter: The Series 1000 SpotCheck from HMA Instrumentation is powered by 24 V dc and includes a single relay output for wet or dry indication. SpotCheck uses an ultrasonic footprint to determine the presence or absence of liquid inside a tank or pipe.

SpotCheck 4000 Ultrasonic Level Transmitter: The SpotCheck 4000 from HMA Instrumentation is easy to install and set-up via Windows-compatible software. The system requires no vessel break-in, meaning it can be installed without affecting production, and reducing overall installation cost.

VesselCheck ST1 Ultrasonic Level Sensor: Features of the VesselCheck ST1 from HMA Instrumentation include low cost, reliable and accurate tank gauging; not affected by pressure; easy installation – no tank break-in; simple retrofit to existing tanks; no downtime during installation; and no moving parts, therefore no maintenance

VesselCheck ST1AD Ultrasonic Level Sensor: The VesselCheck ST1AD Ultrasonic Level Sensor from HMA Instrumentation is ideal for LPG, solvents, acids, fuels and alcohols. It features a truly non-invasive sensing technique; the sensor bonds to the outside of the tank shell; 0..5v / 4…20mA analogue output; system approved for hazardous areas; ambient temperature compensated (in enclosure); optional temperature sensor in ultrasonic sensor (TIUP).

VesselCheck ST2 Ultrasonic Level Sensor: The VesselCheck ST2 Ultrasonic Level Sensor from HMA Instrumentation is ideal for high-accuracy applications such as beer, acids, water and wine. The ST2 uses two ultrasonic sensors bonded or clamped to the outside walls of the vessel – one on the bottom of the vessel and the other on the side to compensate for variations in sonic velocity and temperature.

VesselCheck ST4 Ultrasonic Level Sensor: The VesselCheck ST4 Ultrasonic Level Sensor from HMA Instrumentation is ideal for large storage vessels. Features include a 20-point calibration table; optional local display and keypad; 1..5V / 4..20 mA analogue and alarm outputs; RS485 / 232 Modbus serial communications; ATEX / IECEx approved systems available; and various methods of temperature compensation.
