Servicing, Installation, Calibration & Training

On-site training

It can sometimes be more economical to provide on-site training for existing staff rather than contracting experienced installers to perform the work for you. HMA can provide full on-site training for groups or individuals at your worksite or office, using the instrumentation that your staff or project will be utilising.

Online Training

HMA Geotechnical can provide online training via most team based collaboration applications (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc). Online training sessions can remove the need for inductions and other on-site attendance requirements. These can be organised for different time-zones across multiple products and topics.

Repair and Maintenance

HMA Geotechnical offer a comprehensive repair and maintenance service for our own manufactured products and also those of our global partners, where warranty allows. Please contact our repair department if you have any repair requests, prior to sending us your equipment we will ask you to fill out a form explaining the fault, who is sending the equipment, and where we should send it when it is repaired. We will send a formal repair quotation before proceeding with any repair work, this will be initiated once an official purchase order has been received by HMA (if applicable). Repair time may vary depending on the complexity of the work performed.
