Inclinometers & SAA

Inclinometers

Series 7000

The monitoring of slopes is generally carried out using an Inclinometer System which consists of an embedded consumable casing with keyways to guide a probe in a fixed axis. Boreholes are drilled parallel to the suspected falling plane and the casing grouted in place. Either a traversing probe or in-place probes are used to monitor deviation from original position. HMA Geotechnical use the RST Blue tooth probe system because of its light weight and technically advanced design. In place sensors are used if data logging of outputs is required.
